BIOGRAPHY

Certified Flow Coach - Isagenix Consultant MBSR/MBCT/MMB Mindfulness Professional B.A. M.S. D.D.San Jose, California, United StatesWith over 55 years of work/life experience from which to draw wisdom and guidance, Johnnie is a Health and Wellness Consultant, Professional MBSR/MBCT/MMB Practitioner, Energy/Sound Healer, Amateur Astronomer, Astrologer, Numerologist, Student of Hermetics, Acupressure/Tuning Fork Therapy and lover of all things Esoteric. With a bachelor’s in psychology and master’s in biomedical sciences both from Chicago State Univ, he went on to 4 yrs. of Post Grad Studies at the Univ. of IL College of Medicine. It was in 1985 when life’s direction changed, and he went in search of his “True Self”. He was in the Flow in 1987 when a two-week vacation to the west coast turned into the adventure of a lifetime because he trusted in his ability to succeed in a new place and to let go of any preconceived notions about what the future might hold. Following the urgings of an inner guiding voice that had always demonstrated sound judgment and reliable decision making he relocated completely to California just in time to ride the tech wave to glory. The Universe had delivered him to a place he had seen in his dreams months earlier while he was in Chicago and his course was set!
